Lagoon

My youngest sister Cami was competing in a Clogging Competition at Lagoon this weekend, so Jayde & I went to watch her and also go on some rides.

One of Cami's dances was to a song from "Hairspray". Cami's on the left, in case you can't tell. All of her dances took 1st place and some even took the Overalls.
Makenna & Jayde had a lot of fun on the rides.




Cody and his kids were there also.


My sister, April and I tried to get our money's worth and ride a few rides. Their is a new ride called "Wicked", and it is named correctly. It was so fun and we said if we would have only gone on that ride, it would have been worth the money.

Kinley's New Haircut

My children are all blessed with hair thickness from not only their mom but their dad. We were tired of Kinley's long, thick hair and the many snarls that come with that. So we went really short haircut for the summer. It turned out really cute.

Taylor's Orchestra Performance

Taylor had his end of the year, Orchestra Concert tonight. He plays the French Horn. This is his first year playing it. We weren't sitting in a good place to get a good picture of Taylor, so this is what we have.

Mother's Day 2008

Mother's Day was great! I got breakfast made for me. And lots of Love Notes from my kids. We have a tradition in our family that all the guys plan and make our dinner, so the women don't have to. We went to April's house for a BBQ.

Happy Mother's Day Kirsten

Kirsten (Dallan's sister) got an extra special mother's day present. Bejamin Scott Burningham . 7lbs. 12 oz. 20 1/2 inches long. We got to go see him when he was just a few hours old. Congratulations Steve & Kirsten.

Jayde's Hershey Track Meet

Jayde participated in the Softball Throw, the Long Jump and the 100 meter. She got called back into the seimi-finals in the 100 meter, but hurt her ankle and couldn't race. (Jayde is the one in the white shirt and gray shorts.)

*Hershy Track Meet for Carter
Carter participated in the 50 meter race, 100 meter race, and the softball throw. He made it to the semi-finals in the 50 meter and won first in his group but not overall. They do it by all the times, not just one race.

Thursday*Kinley's Kindergarten Field Trip
I drove 4 kindergartner's to the "Bean Museum" at BYU today. I was surprised because it was actually very refreshing. On the 10 minute drive there, they played "Star Wars", "House", "Tom & Jerry", "Disneyland"! And those were only the games that I caught. They had so much excitement for even the littlest things at the musuem. And we only stayed there for 30 minutes. Perfect for Kindergarten !
Friday*Kirsten's BYU Graduation (Dallan's Sister)
Dallan's "Baby" Sister who is soon to have her "baby" graduated from BYU today. Congratulations Kirsten. Sorry, Wrong picture(color) for BYU graduation!
